All product specifications, features, timelines, and pricing information provided on our website are subject to change without notice. The Ryze 1 is currently in development and has not yet received regulatory approval for commercial flight or road use.
- Waitlist registration does not constitute a binding purchase agreement or reservation.
- All deposits and pre-orders are subject to separate agreements and may be refundable under conditions specified at the time of payment.
- We reserve the right to modify product specifications, delivery timelines, and pricing.
- Product availability, certification, and delivery are contingent upon regulatory approval from Transport Canada, federal aviation authorities, and other applicable regulators.

- Ryze Mobility shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or Products.
